Maneri is a sole practitioner in Whiting, NJ who provides quality dental care in a warm caring environment for his patients.
We are looking to expand our staff family.
The ideal candidate for this position is one that has a minimum of 2 years experience in a dental office as a front desk receptionist/insurance coordinator.
Proficiency in dental insurance is vital.
Tasks include:
Check in and check out of patients including collecting payments and scheduling appointments.
Answering phones, pulling and reviewing charts, updating medical histories.
Submitting e-claims, secondary claims and pre-determinations to insurance companies.
Handling issues of rejected or non-processed insurance claims, including working with the doctor to compose narratives as needed.
This job will be 4 days per week at 25-30 hours.
Ability to work as part of a close knit team is important.
Excellent communication skills and compassion for the senior community is essential.
Experience with EagleSoft software is a plus, but not required.
